PHILOSO-PHY 08 HOLDING SRL is the owner of the website sunglasscurator.com and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts.
The material included in this website is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from PHILOSO-PHY 08 HOLDING SRL. We will do our best in crediting all content that doesn't belong to us, by linking it directly to the source or mentioning the individuals featured on the Site, however we cannot guarantee the existence of the cited source, at all times.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please note that by placing an order on sunglasscurator.com you agree to herein Terms & Conditions. All orders made through our boutique is subject to Romanian law as applicable law. Any dispute arising out or in connection to such an order shall be settled in Romanian courts.
sunglasscurator.com is authorized to sell every brand and product presented on the website. ALL products on sunglasscurator.com are original and will be delivered to customers with their original packaging and product certificates as provided by the brands.
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. USD prices are also available with the sole purpose to help non-EU clients approximate the values in USD, according to existing European Central Bank currency exchange rates. Please note that updates of the EUR / USD exchange rates on our website are made on a monthly basis. However, at all times the credit / debit cards for all purchases on the Site will be denominated only in EURO. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season and are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount paid.
sunglasscurator.com accepts payments done by Credit / Debit Cards. All payments are managed by our service provider Braintree. Kindly note that Braintree does not process payments made through REVOLUT cards yet.
For wire transfer payments of your order, please contact our Customer Care department (customercare@sunglasscurator.com) in order to get all necessary information.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. We encourage clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
Customers purchasing from a country outside European Union may incur an import duty or tax. These costs are NOT included in the final purchase price. Customers will be charged for the purchased items and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs for customers outside EU will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
By placing an order online, a non-EU customer understands and accepts that import duties might be applied during the customs clearance, as per each country's customs procedures. In case of refusing to accept an order from DHL, the customer will incur the cost of the return shipping and any import taxes and transaction fees.
Items featured on the Site reflect the actual availability of the product in color and size. We strive to present all our products as accurately and detailed as we can. While actual product photography is 100% accurate, it is challenging to provide human portrait photography with every frame style in every color. In order to show the fit of a certain frame style on the face, we may use human portraits with the respective frame style (exactly the same frame model, shape and size) in a different color or finishing. However, the actual product color is always shown in still life product photography presented on the product page and listed in the product listing.
sunglasscurator.com declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client's computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Product manufacturing information and specifications are given to us directly by the brands' teams. The product specifications provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. All information on the website (including, but not limited to photography, product information, interviews, estimated shipping dates etc.) is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the website and expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this site.
sunglasscurator.com does not give additional warranties beyond those contained in each product description.
Once the order is processed by Customer Care Department, sunglasscurator.com reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction's validity and check the Client's record with sunglasscurator.com. Clients will be informed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client's request. Please note that until check-out process is finalized and full payment is made, items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.
PRE-ORDERS
Kindly note that we accept pre-orders for certain items that appear sold out at the time you would like to place an order. Pre-orders offer customers the possibility to secure a certain product from future stock. Please verify with Customer Care if the product(s) you are interested in is (are) eligible for pre-ordering. The current procedure for pre-orders is as follows:
- Tell us the product(s) you are interested and the number of items from each style
- Customer Care will issue the pro-forma invoice for your order (100% of the price will be charged at the time of pre-order)
- You may choose to pay via bank transfer or online for your pro-forma invoice. Should you choose the latter alternative, Customer Care will send you a payment link via email. We will be able to validate a pre-order only when payment has been finalized.
- As soon as the products reach our showroom, we will dispatch them to your address and send you a shipping notification.
It is possible that Designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item. In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive from the Designer, sunglasscurator.com will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
OUR CUSTOMERS
The products featured on this website are destined to the Final Customer. By "Final Customer" we understand the person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at sunglasscurator.com.
To place orders at sunglasscurator.com Clients must:
- Be an individual as defined as a "Final Customer"
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Have a valid POP e-mail address.
- Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Bank account
In regard to the commercial policy described above, sunglasscurator.com reserves the right not to process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the above stated commercial policies.
YEARLY SCHEDULE
Please note that we DO NOT dispatch any orders during weekends. All orders placed on weekends and legal holidays will be shipped the following working days.
