If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs). Please notify us of your return request within 5 working days of receiving your items. We will email you back with full instructions on what are the steps for returns. From the date of the return authorization, you have further 10 days to return unsuitabale items back to our showroom.
We accept returns from customers outside EU, under the condition of notifying Customer Care within 5 days of receiving your order.
The notification of your wish to return the order must be sent in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +40212320031. Should you decide to call us, please take note of the working hours of our showroom (Mon-Fri, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm, GMT+2).
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Customer Care will email you the product return procedure and we will start your refund process as soon as the product is back in our showroom without any damages. Please make sure you dispatch the item(s) within maximum 2 working days after you have received the return authorization number for your order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
1. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our showroom. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please make sure to provide us the tracking number of your return.
2. At the moment, sunglasscurator.com does not handle the return transportation. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
3. Before your parcel leaves our showroom, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All items must be returned new, unused, in perfect condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. All sunglasses have a seal label. If removed, sunglasscurator.com may not accept their return or exchange and may send it back to the customer. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
4. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days of receiving the items back at our showroom, given they are in perfect condition for re-sale.
5. If, for any reason, the order is returned to our boutique and then the customer decides that he / she would like to receive the order again, the customer will have to pay the re-shipping cost of the same order and any return penalty that might be implied.
6. Any breech of the above Return Policy terms is subject to Romanian law and shall be settled by Romanian courts in case of dispute.
