You may return any product back to our boutique with the exception of the products within BEAUTY & GIFTS section (cosmetics, scented candles etc.) within the time frame and conditions detailed below. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. SALE items may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs). Please notify us of your return request within 5 working days of receiving your items. We will email you back with full instructions on what are the steps for returns. From the date of the Return Authorisation, you have up to 5 days to dispatch the unsuitable items back to our store. Please do not dispatch any product without having received the Return Authorisation from our Customer Care team. 

We accept returns from customers outside EU, under the condition of notifying Customer Care within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges and import taxes or be delayed by customs.  

By placing an order online, a non-EU customer understands and accepts that import duties might be applied during the customs clearance, as per each country's customs procedures. In case of refusing to accept an order from DHL, the customer will incur the cost of the return shipping and any import taxes and transaction fees. 

To request a return, please fill in the Return Request Form within the timeframe of 5 days from receiving the order. Late return requests will be accepted solely at our discretion. A penalty fee for late returns might apply. 

On receipt of your notice of return request, Customer Care will email you the product return procedure and we will start your refund process as soon as the product is back in our showroom without any damages. Please make sure you dispatch the returned item(s) within 5 days from Return Authorisation date. To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.  

Kindly note that all refunds made via PayPal are subject to a 5% administration fee. Refunds made via credit card do not incur any administration fee.


1. We provide return service via our DHL account that is charged based on the country the return is made from. Return costs usually vary between 25-45 EUR depending on package size and location. However, kindly note that island territories incur higher shipping costs than addresses on the continent, this is  why return costs from islands may vary between 45-60 EUR. Once we authorize your return request, we will provide you with information on the cost of return and all necessary return documents, including the return shipping label and return proforma. As we avoid printing unnecessary papers, orders are not sent out to customers with return documentation included and are issued only upon return requests. 

2. However, you may use any shipping company of choice. Should you choose this option, please note that we do not accept returns via Post Office. All return services must be door-to-door. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back at our showroom. You are required to use a secure, trackable means to return your order and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please make sure to provide us the tracking number of your return. Kindly note that the Return Authorisation and Return Proforma provided by Customer Care have to be included in the return documentation regardless of the shipping company you choose

4. Before your parcel leaves our showroom, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All items must be returned new, unused, unaltered and in perfect condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. All frames have a seal label. If removed, may not accept their return or exchange and may send it back to the customer. Frames that are fitted with customer's prescription lenses or other type of  custom lenses may not be returned as they are considered used. All original packaging and labels must be returned in good condition as well. Returns that are damaged, soiled or without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to customers on their cost. 

5. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs and late-return penalty fees (if applicable), within 10 days of receiving the items back at our showroom, given they are in perfect condition for re-sale.

6. If, for any reason, the order is returned to our boutique and then the customer decides that he / she would like to receive the order again, the customer will have to pay the re-shipping cost of the same order and any return penalty that might be implied.

7. Any breech of the above Return Policy terms is subject to Romanian law and shall be settled by Romanian courts in case of dispute.
